<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead hoist transport vehicle which has simple structure to prevent a pair of chuck parts from opening during conveyance of an object to be conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: The overhead hoist transport vehicle travels along a path laid on a ceiling and conveys the object to be conveyed while a hoist section (12) raises and lowers a hand section (101) for gripping the object to be conveyed. The hand section includes: a base plate (110); a guide rail (120) provided on the base plate; the pair of chuck parts (140) which are movable in a substantially horizontal direction toward and away from each other along the guide rail and each of which has a claw section (143) for gripping the object to be conveyed; and a cushion member (160) which is provided on each chuck part and includes an elastic body. When the hoist section raises the hand section, the cushion member is abutted on the hoist section and pressed by the hoist section to restrict the movement of the chuck part due to the friction force generated between the chuck part and the hoist section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
