PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure required intensity and safety property sufficiently by efficiently, accurately and easily jointing components forming a car body even number of the component is large.SOLUTION: The car body production method comprises: a first assembly step for regulating a side structure 20 to a center structure 10 by a jig or the like, and fixing them by weldment while maintaining attachment position accuracy; a second assembly step for attaching a cabin width direction annular component and other components without weldment by temporary holding; a third assembly step for performing additional weldment to the center structure 10 and the side structure 20, and regulating the cabin width direction annular component and other component by using the jig or the like, and then fixing them by weldment while maintaining attachment position accuracy; a fourth assembly step for performing additional weldment to the respective components; and a fifth assembly step for attaching a roof complement 30 for fixing the roof complement 30 by weldment while maintaining attachment position accuracy. |
