<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that includes a (meth)acrylic polymer and a cellulose ester polymer and has little transparency deterioration associated with haze rate increase when molded, especially when molded into a film. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition includes a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) and a cellulose ester polymer (B), wherein the polymer (A) has a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester unit represented by formula (1).
