<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image formation device that can securely pass restriction means through an opening part of binding means.SOLUTION: A reverse surface of an opening part 132a of a stapler 132 is provided with a sheet guide part 180a which guides a sheet conveyed by sheet stack means into the opening part, and a staple guide 180 which has scoop parts 180b provided at both width-directional ends of the sheet guide part 180a and guiding restriction means to the opening part 132a when the stapler 132 moves. At a width-directional side end of a scoop part 180b of the staple guide 180, a fixed part 180c is provided extending downward, and the fixed part 180c is fixed to an enclosure 132b of the stapler 132.</p> |
