The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing an unmanned parking lot to each section. The system for managing an unmanned parking lot to each section comprises: a sharing terminal which is provided at a parking section and collects vehicle information, assigns whether a person holding a right to parking section permits others to use and a time which can be permitted by the person holding a right, and displays a parking availability and an available parking time; a information sharing server which analyzes vehicle information collected from the sharing terminal, recognizes number information of an entry vehicle, and transmits the recognized information to the sharing terminal; and a user terminal which is connected to the sharing terminal and the information sharing server, receives remote control information of the sharing terminal from the information sharing server, and provides a software and an additional service to allow the person holding the right to parking section to directly manage the relevant parking section. According to the present invention, it is possible to share and use parking space by applying the unmanned parking system to a private parking section such as a residential parking section and that the owner of the parking space directly operates the relevant parking section. |
