<p>The present invention relates to a food packing material capable of generating plasma and, more specifically, to a food packing material capable of generating atmospheric plasma, composed of an outer layer of the packing material, a first electrode layer, a dielectric barrier layer and a second electrode layer and applying voltage to the first electrode layer to generate the atmospheric plasma. The present invention may sterilize microorganism without damage to the packing material which may occur in a distribution process since the plasma may be generated by using a structure of a packing container itself and may expect various effects of food poisoning during distribution, extension of expiration date, saving of additional food sterilization costs and distribution costs, etc.</p> |
