摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves introducing a sinusoidal disturbance into current control of each control converter (14) i.e. boost type converter. A consequent variation in a duty cycle control of the converter is estimated, and an estimate of a value of inductance of each converter is deduced from the consequent variation in the duty cycle control. Each converter is provided with an inductor (140) and a commutation unit (141). The commutation unit is arranged to control multiple configurations of connection of the inductor. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a direct current to direct current conversion structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for monitoring a structure (claimed) i.e. boost structure, utilized for conversion of direct current coming from a power supply into direct current in an energy generation facility or industrial process. Can also be used for a buck type structure. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The estimate of the value of inductance of each converter is deduced from the consequent variation in the duty cycle control, thus allowing to provide value estimates of sizes characteristic of components of the structure without requiring sampling with frequency higher than quench frequency.
