The present invention provides a tantalum capacitor which includes a capacitor body which includes tantalum powder and has a tantalum wire, a molding unit which exposes the end of the tantalum wire and surrounds the capacitor body, an anode lead frame which includes an anode mounting part which is formed on the lower side of the molding part and an anode terminal part which is extended from the anode mounting part to one cross section of the molding part and is connected to the tantalum wire, a thin film electrode which is formed on the lower side of the capacitor body and is exposed through the other cross section, and a cathode lead frame which includes a cathode mounting part which is formed on the lower side of the molding part to be separated from the anode mounting part and a cathode terminal part which is extended from the cathode mounting part to the other cross section of the molding part and is connected to the thin film electrode. |
