<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater, which is capable of washing impurities deposited on the surface of a water modifying component when installing equipment, and capable of supplying a stable water modifying component when used by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The water heater includes: a hot water pouring path 26 for pouring a hot water; a parallel branch circuit 32 formed to branch the hot water from the hot water pouring path 26; and a water modifying means 33 for adding a functional modifying component of the hot water. The water modifying means 33 is disposed in the parallel branch circuit 32, and also is adapted to pass water to the water modifying means 33 during test operation after the installation of equipment. Accordingly, the impurities deposited on the surface of the water modifying component in the water modifying means 33 is washed, and thereby the stable water modifying component is supplied when used by the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
