<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for two-electrode horizontal fillet gas shield arc welding: having no undercut and overwrap; obtaining a sound weld bead; having good slag peelability and porosity resistance; and being excellent in the mechanical property of a welded part.SOLUTION: A flux-cored wire for two-electrode horizontal fillet gas shield arc welding includes in a flux:, in mass% to a wire total mass, 3.20-4.20% TiOconversion value; 0.50-1.50% SiOconversion value; 0.20-1.20% ZrOconversion value; 0.1-0.5% Mg; 0.20-0.35% total of NaO conversion value and KO conversion value; 0.25-0.45% F conversion value; 0.010-0.030% total of Bi conversion value; 0.05-0.30% AlOconversion value; 0.05-0.30% FeO conversion value; further, in the total of a steel sheath and the flux, 0.04-0.08% C; 0.20-0.80% Si; 2.60-3.60% Mn; and 0.05-0.40% Al.</p> |
