摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the future price prediction device for a real estate and the financing agreement management device of financing with a real estate as liable assets which can be used for the setting of the financing conditions of principal partial stationary type loan under which the future price of a real estate is finely predicted, and the predicted future price is set to a principal balance in a repayment term. <P>SOLUTION: In order to predict the future price of a real estate, the input of a reference year as the reference of the prediction of a future price is accepted, a predicted discount rate is applied to an annual cash flow from the reference year or the following year to the year when the service life of the real estate is expired, and the annual discount cash flow discounted to the current value in the reference year is added so that it is possible to achieve the fine prediction of the future price based on a profit to be obtained from the real estate and the setting of the financing conditions of a principal partial stationary type loan based on the future price. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
