摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method capable of separating an active material from an electrode substrate and further collecting the electrode substrate without breaking the electrode substrate in a process of collecting a discarded lithium-ion battery or a discarded electrode material. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a recycled material for a lithium ion battery comprises: a fracturing step of fracturing a discarded lithium-ion battery or a discarded electrode material after deactivating them; a separator removing step of separating and removing a separator from the fractured substance obtained in the fracturing step; an organic substance removing step of heating the fractured substance in the air at 400-550°C to remove an organic substance; an active material separating step of making the fractured substance repeatedly collide to separate the active material from the electrode substrate; and a selecting and collecting step of the recycled material of separately collecting the electrode substrate and the active material by sieving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
