<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication destination information provision system which enables a caller to communicate with a callee on a line that is different from a line in a call incoming disabled state when a call from a caller-side telephone terminal cannot be incoming to a callee-side telephone terminal.SOLUTION: A communication destination information provision system 1 comprises a SIP server 2 and a voice guidance creation device 3. In the call incoming disabled state and in the case where an auxiliary telephone number corresponding to a telephone number of a callee-side telephone terminal 52(5) is registered, the voice guidance creation device 3 creates a novel voice guidance by making the call incoming disabled state and communication destination information including the auxiliary telephone number into voices, and outputs this novel voice guidance to the SIP server 2. In the call incoming disabled state and if the auxiliary telephone number is not registered, the SIP server 2 feeds a normal voice guidance and if registered, the SIP server 2 feeds the novel voice guidance, in place of the normal voice guidance, to a caller-side telephone terminal 51(5).</p> |
