<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flaky powder which is excellent in slipperiness on skin, transparency, and concealing capacity due to a soft focus effect, and which prevents sebum shininess, when used as a cosmetic material.SOLUTION: Flaky powder contains a layered double hydroxide represented by compositional formula Zn(OH)Cl.nHO (n=1-8) of 80 wt.% or more based on the total weight, in which 90 wt.% or more of particles of the layered double hydroxide are flakes having an aspect ratio of 10 or more.</p> |
