PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter drive circuit that inhibits flowing of through current triggered by a malfunction that allows the output transistors for upper and lower arm circuits to perform on-operation simultaneously.
SOLUTION: In an inverter drive circuit, an output transistor TP1 and TN1 is disposed parallel to a detection transistor TP2 and TN2, respectively. A gate of the detection transistor TP2 and TN2 accepts input of a drive signal via a resistance RP2 and RN2, and is connected to a drain of the output transistor TP1 and TN1 via a capacity CP and CN. When the drain voltage changes with the output transistor that performs on-operation, the gate voltage of the detection transistor disposed in parallel to the output transistor that performs off-operation, changes more than the gate voltage of the output transistor, thus, the detection transistor performs erroneous on-operation before the output transistor performs erroneous on-operation. The erroneous on-operation allows the output transistor to transit from on-operation to off-operation.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
