<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage device which can be stably held heat storage solution in a heat storage container and superior in operability, and to provide an air conditioner having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A heat storage solution layer 11, an evaporation preventing layer 13, and an air layer 12 are formed in the series in the heat storage container 21 of the heat storage device 20A, wherein the evaporation preventing layer 13 contains at least a crystalline higherα-olefin, the crystalline higherα-olefin polymer comprises by polymerization of 16-44C ofα-olefin monomer, the melting point exceeds at least 35°C, and evaporation preventing function, leakage prevention function and pressure relieving function are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
