<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production by which an alkali metal salt of a sulfonic acid derivative can be produced with good handleability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for production comprises a step of heating, e.g. methyl fluorosulfonyl(difluoro)acetate in the presence of sodium hydroxide, neutralizing the resultant product and thereby affording an Na-derivative of the compound, a step of heating the Na-derivative of the compound in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate and thereby affording an OH-derivative of the compound, and a step of reacting the OH-derivative with phenoxyethanol in the presence of the p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate and thereby affording the compound represented by formula. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
