<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant feeder that finally drops powder surely and precisely from a measuring groove on a feed table into a discharge portion not to leave powder in the measuring groove, by a method not utilizing a mechanism as to apply vibration causing a slight change in the discharge amount of powder. <P>SOLUTION: The constant feeder device of powder includes: a powder containing vessel 6; agitation means 10 attached to a main shaft 7 protruded from a driving part below the containing vessel into the inside of the containing vessel; feed means 12 provided below the agitation means; feed table 15 attached to a rotating shaft 16 rotating in conjunction with the driving part, and formed with measuring grooves of powder on the peripheral edge with an appropriate pitch; and a discharge chute 18 formed under the outer end of the feed table. This device is provided above the discharge chute with means for forcibly dropping powder in the measuring groove of the feed table into the discharge chute. The means for dropping is arranged above the position where the measuring groove of the feed table and the discharge chute overlap, so as to blow out with an air nozzle 19 or suck in with a suction nozzle from below the measuring groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
