PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent difference in arranged order of sheets between a case of carrying out single-sided printing and a case of carrying out double-sided printing when printing on a continuous sheet.SOLUTION: In a case of carrying out single-sided printing, a plurality of pages of images are arranged in ascending order on a first surface of a sheet, and in a case of carrying out double-sided printing, the plurality of pages of images are arranged in descending order on the first surface of the sheet and arranged in ascending order on the second surface. In both cases of the single-sided printing and double-sided printing, the sheets cut with a cutter unit 110 are discharged with faces down onto a tray of a sorting unit 114.
