<p>The present invention relates to an organic substance deposition method which evaporates organic substances when a evaporation plate with a thin organic substance coat is arranged closely to a substrate to minimize the consumption of organic substance. The organic substance deposition method is appropriate to deposit large-size substrates. The organic substance deposition method according to the present invention includes the steps of: 1) coating a liquid organic substance on an evaporation plate; 2) moving the evaporation plate to the upper part of the substrate; and 3) heating the evaporation plate to evaporate the organic substance on the evaporation plate to deposit the organic substance on the substrate.</p> |
