<p>Provided is a polyolefin microporous membrane which is able to sufficiently cope with a rapid temperature increase inside a battery, has no difficulty in a manufacturing process, and has an excellent hydrophilic property, high mechanical strength, and high porosity. The porous film is a film shape and includes: a polyolefin resin of 30-70 wt%; and additives of 70-30 wt% which include cellulose fiber of 1-80 wt% against the polyolefin resin, a hydrocarbon-based polymer of liquid or wax form, a polyester plasticizer or an epoxy plasticizer, and a fluorinated surface active agent.</p> |
