The present invention is a carrier-attached metal foil comprising a plate-like resin carrier, and a metal foil attached to at least one surface of the carrier in a peelable manner, wherein the peeling strength between the metal foil and the plate-like carrier is between 10 gf/cm and 200 gf/cm.</p> |
