PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a web page posted by a user to improve advertising effectiveness of a shop etc.SOLUTION: An information providing device comprises an identifying section, a collating section and a relating section. The identifying section identifies a shop or a meeting place where the user is going by analyzing a posting page posted by the user. The collating section collates a current position of a user terminal and a location of the shop or the meeting place identified by the identifying section. The relating section provides links between the posting page and a shop page being a web page of the shop or the meeting place when the current position of the user terminal corresponds to the location of the shop or the meeting place. |
