<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving measuring accuracy of a magnetic field by controlling atom density in a cell in a magnetic field measuring device for measuring the magnetic field while the plurality of cells are arranged adjacently. <P>SOLUTION: A film in which atoms excited by circularly polarized light are mixed is formed on an inner wall of the magnetic field measuring device. A magnetic field detection unit detects the magnetic field in each cell by applying a fixed magnetic field to a sensor array where a plurality of cells each containing an atom group comprising the atoms are arranged. A first processing for radiating induction light from an induction light radiation unit is performed so that the magnetic field detection result of each cell becomes a target value by changing a light volume of the induction light for photoinduced-desorbing the atoms from the film of each cell. The magnetic field measuring device performs a second processing for detecting the magnetic field emitted by the sample with the magnetic field detection unit by radiating induction light to each cell from the induction light radiation unit with a light volume for allowing the magnetic field detection result of each cell to become a target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
