<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of heating a package, capable of heat-sterilizing a content and a packaging material of the package in a short time to a sterilization value more than that especially for a spore bacterium, without degrading the quality of the content wrapped by the packaging material, such as color and luster, flavor, smell, texture, and taste. <P>SOLUTION: In the sterilization method for the package in which the content is filled and sealed up by the packaging material, the content is sterilized by high-frequency dielectric heating while pressurizing the package PF, and the package PF is expanded for moist heat sterilization of an inner circumferential surface of the packaging material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
