The present invention relates to a snow road producing device for a rubber material friction tester capable of producing a snow road mounted for simulating a snow road on the rubber material friction tester to measure frictional features of a tire according to a road condition. To achieve the same, the snow road producing device for the rubber material friction tester to produce the snow road mounted on the rubber material friction tester to test frictional features of a rubber material is formed into a structure including a snow road case (1) for a test receiving snow generated by a snow generating device; a snow filter (3) reciprocated by a forward-backward movement cylinder (2) on the open top of the snow road case (1) for a test to evenly sprinkle the snow inside the snow road case (1) for a test when the snow is sprinkled inside the snow road case (1) for a test; a snow road compacting plate (5) connected to a snow road compacting cylinder (4) compacting the snow filled inside the snow road case (1) for a test sprinkled by the snow filter (3); and a road leveler installed on one front end of the snow road case (1) for a test to flatten the snow compacted inside the snow road case (1) for a test and reciprocating along a guide rail (6) while the height is adjusted.
