<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curve operating apparatus for a catheter, enabling a physician to easily and accurately gain the bending angle of the tip side when holding an operating handle part to perform an operation of bending the tip side of a catheter body. <P>SOLUTION: A wavy surface 112 shaped to periodically repeat unevenness, and a click member 113 resiliently engaged with and detached from the wavy surface 112 are arranged in a relatively rotating region of a catheter body holding handle 6 and an operating wire holding handle 7 including a disk 109 mounted with a pair of operating wires 4 on the circumference, and the wavy surface 112 and the click member 113 are dividedly arranged on one side and the other side of the catheter body holding handle 6 and operating wire holding handle 7.
