摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice storage unit that prevents the case where the same cannot handle an air conditioning load because ice is lost before a peak cut time ends by adjusting the amount of brine flowing through an ice storage layer using a water level of the ice storage layer. <P>SOLUTION: An ice storage unit includes: heat source units 1a and 1b for cooling first brine; a heat exchanger 3 that is connected with the heat source unit by first piping and exchanges heat between the first brine and second brine; a brine pump 4 that moves the first brine; a heat exchanger 2a for ice making that is connected in parallel with the first piping and makes ice by the first brine cooled by the heat source units; an ice storage tank 2 having the heat exchanger for ice making; a flow rate control unit that controls the amount of the first brine flowing into the heat exchanger for ice making; a water level sensor 2b that measures the water level of the ice storage tank; and a controller 30 into which a measurement value of the water level sensor is input.
