<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user authenticated by an electronic authentication system to temporarily log in a system via a second computer which is different from a first computer in which an electronic certificate is installed. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic authentication substitution system transmits download information necessary for the download of a substitution tool to the mail address of a user who wants to be authenticated by a substitution tool authentication system. When receiving an authentication request from a client computer in which the substitution tool is installed, the electronic authentication substitution system transmits a substitution tool confirmation request to the client computer, determines whether or not the substitution tool associated with the user included in the authentication request is installed in the client computer, and when the substitution tool is installed, permits the authentication request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
