<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control supply power to a load even when a timing resistance setting is increased to limit the supply power to the load. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit for starting a triac as adjusting a time to start the triac via a timing resistance and a timing capacitance has an initialization circuit for causing an SW circuit to electrically discharge the timing capacitance at the beginning of a half cycle of positive/negative inversion of an AC power supply, and sets a reduced operating current of the initialization circuit, so that the initialization circuit does not influence the operation of setting the delay time via the timing resistance and the timing capacitance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
