PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisoprolol-containing patch formulation which suppresses stickiness of the bisoprolol-containing patch formulation to the inside of a packaging medium, can also be taken out very readily at the time of use, and has a good release property of a release liner at the time of use.SOLUTION: In bisoprolol-containing patch formulation which is provided with a support, a main part of the patch formulation having an adhesive layer containing bisoprolol on one face of it, and a release liner attached tentatively on the adhesive face of the adhesive layer of the main body of the patch formulation, peel strength between the adhesive layer and the release liner is 0.07 N/24 mm width or less.
