PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a material by using cyanobacteria.SOLUTION: There are provided a cyanobacterium expression vector including an upstream region of a psbA2 gene or a variant region thereof having a transcription activity, and a method for producing a material by using the cyanobacteria, including culturing a cyanobacterium transformant obtained by introducing the vector, and expressing an extraneous gene to induce auto-bacteriolysis. |
