<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous kneader capable of smoothly discharging a material from a discharge unit and efficiently kneading the material while maintaining high kneading quality.SOLUTION: A continuous kneader 1 includes: a barrel 2 having a hollow interior; and a pair of kneading rotors 3 contained in the barrel 2 and rotating in different rotational directions, respectively, these paired kneading rotors 3 rotating in the different rotational directions while being engaged with each other. In the barrel 2, a feed unit 4 feeding a material, a kneading unit 5 kneading the material, and a discharge unit 7 discharging the kneaded material to outside of the barrel 2 are arranged side by side in order along an axial direction of the kneading rotors 3. The kneading rotors 3 located in the discharge unit 7 include at least one discharge blade 14 in a circumferential direction.</p> |
