<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing core-shell particles, in which the core includes a vegetable oil and the shell includes a polydopamine polymer, the method including the following steps: a. preparing a monodispersed emulsion of a vegetable oil in an aqueous solution; b. placing the emulsion obtained in step a) in contact with a buffered solution having a pH higher than 7 and including a non-ionic surface-active agent and a compound having the following formula I: (I) in which R1 is a hydrogen atom or a -COOH group, R2 is a hydrogen atom or a -OH group, R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group, and R4 is a hydrogen atom or a -OH group such as to polycondense a polymer on the surface of the drops of the emulsion; and c. recovering the core-shell particles obtained in step b). The invention also relates to the particles that can be obtained by said method and to the use thereof in particular in cosmetics in creams that are sensitive to UVA.</p> |
