<p>Cosmetic composition in the form of an aqueous emulsion comprises, in a medium: (A) 5 wt.% of water; (B) alkylcellulose whose alkyl residue comprises 1-6C, preferably 2-3C, preferably ethyl cellulose; (C) at least one first non-volatile oil comprising silicone and/or fluorinated oils; (D) at least one stabilizing agent comprising surfactants and/or hydrophilic gelling agent; and (E) second non-volatile hydrocarbon oil. The composition is free from or comprises = 4 wt.% of octyldodecanol.</p> |
