<p>Provided is a collet supply apparatus supplying collets to replace collets to pick up a die in a die bonding process. The collet supply apparatus comprises a cassette having open upper and lower parts and multiple collets stacked therein; multiple permanent magnets applying a magnetic force to the collets in order for the collets to float in the cassette; and an elevator arranged on the lower part of the cassette and lifting up the collets to consecutively supply the collets.</p> |
