<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting a buffer status report, wherein the buffer status report is used to provide information about the data available for transmission from uplink buffers of a terminal to a base station when the terminal forms dual connectivity with one or more base stations and transmits user data in a small-cell environment. More specifically, according to the present invention, a method for a terminal to transmit buffer status information includes: a step of forming dual connectivity with a first base station and a second base station for one or more logical channels or a logical channel group mapped onto a split bearer; and a step of transmitting the PDCP buffer status information of the logical channels or the logical channel group to the first base station or the second base station.</p> |
