<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying FcγRI in high purity and high recovery when purifying the FcγRI by using a hydrophobic chromatography. <P>SOLUTION: The human Fc receptor FcγRI can be purified in high purity and high recovery by allowing a carrier for the hydrophobic chromatography to adsorb the human Fc receptor FcγRI, and eluting the adsorbed human Fc receptor FcγRI by a buffer solution containing glycerol of≥10% (w/v) when eluting the human Fc receptor FcγRI, when purifying the human Fc receptor FcγRI from a human Fc receptor FcγRI-containing culture solution obtained by a genetic engineering means by using Escherichia coli. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
