PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of effectively avoiding contact of the skin of a wearer with excreted body fluid.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes: a body contact part which has a canal member having a pair of right and left head parts extending in the front/back direction and having elasticity, and a canal sheet bound to the pair of right and left head parts on both right and left ends, and hanging downward in the central part, and a fixation member for fixing the canal member to the body of a wearer so as to bring the head of the canal member into contact with the skin of the wearer; and a body non-contact part which has a sheet-like leak proof body, and an absorber provided on the upper side of the leak proof body. A passage for transporting body fluid from the upper side of the canal sheet to the absorber is provided. Part of the lower surface of the canal sheet, and part of the surface of the absorber are bound to each other. The absorber retains a state of being separated from the skin of the wearer, and when the wearer excretes body fluid, the excreted body fluid is received on the upper side of the canal sheet, and then transported from the upper side of the canal sheet to the absorber through the passage. |
