PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for suppressing the deformation at an automobile collision time effectively thereby to enhance the collision safety of a passenger and to lighten and simplify a reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: In the reinforcement structure of an automobile side door having a door outer panel 1 and a door inner panel 2, a reinforcement member 4 made of an aluminum alloy extrusion member is arranged between the door outer panel 1 and the door inner panel 2. The reinforcement member 4 is integrated of: an outer panel side reinforcement part 4a positioned on the side of the door outer panel 1 and an inner panel side reinforcement part 4b positioned on the side of the door inner panel 2. The reinforcement member 4 is equipped with a vertically through slit 5 for passing the window glass. The outer panel side reinforcement member 4a is jointed to the door outer panel, and the inner panel side reinforcement member 4b is jointed to the door inner panel. |
