<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator capable of efficiently heating a crystal vibration piece.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator comprises: a crystal vibration piece (110) in which an excitation electrode (111) is formed; a housing package (120) including a heat dissipation pattern (127a) in which the crystal vibration piece is housed in a cavity (101) and which is formed on a bottom surface in the cavity, an external terminal (150) conductively connected to an endothermic pattern (127b) formed on a lower surface on the opposite side of the bottom surface and an external terminal (150) conductively connected to the excitation electrode, and a heat transfer member (128) which heat-transfers the heat dissipation pattern and the endothermic pattern; and a wiring board (11) in which a heating element for heating the crystal vibration piece to a prescribed temperature, a heat transfer pattern (19) which transfers heat of the heating element, a housing package, and an oscillation circuit element for oscillating the crystal vibration piece are arranged on the surface thereof. The heat transfer pattern and the endothermic pattern are bonded by a solder (153).</p> |
