<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which is compatible with reduced color pixel size that accompanies resolution enhancement of flexible display devices and which offers high dimensional stability and gas barrier performance.SOLUTION: A flexible color filter includes a polyimide resin film, a gas barrier layer formed on the polyimide resin film, a black matrix and color pixels formed on the gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer is a laminate comprising two or more layers, and an uppermost layer is made of silicon oxide.</p> |
