PURPOSE:To ease the assembly and enhance the layout by installing an automatic differentiation limiting means through utilization of a mechanism by which the power is transmitted from the central differential of a power distribution device to No.1 output shaft via an idling gear. CONSTITUTION:Through an idling gear on an intermediate shaft 21, No.1 output shaft 7 to No.1 drive wheel 11 on the engine side is driven from the central differential 5 of a power distribution device, and No.2 output shaft 8 to No.2 drive wheel 13 on the opposite side is driven. An automatic differentiation limiting means 25 such as a viscous cup ring is installed on the intermediate shaft 21 interposed between No.1 output shaft 7 and No.2 output shaft 8, and its inner rotary member 25a is in connection with No.1 output shaft 7 via intermediate shaft while the outer member 25b in connection with adjoining No.2 output shaft 8.
