<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way switch valve allowing miniaturization and maintaining of a stable operation at a low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This three-way switch valve 1 selectively flows out either one of fluid flowing in first inflow piping 13 and second inflow piping 14 to outflow piping 15. The three-way switch valve 1 includes a valve body 3 including a first valve chamber 3a communicated with the first inflow piping 13 and a second valve chamber 3b communicated with the second inflow piping 13, a valve seat member 7 fixed in the valve body 3 and including a first communication path 7a to communicate the first valve chamber 3a with the outflow piping 15 and a second communication path 7b to communicate the second valve chamber 3b with the outflow piping 15, a first valve element 5 arranged in the first valve chamber 3a to open/close a first valve port 7c by an operation of an electromagnetic actuator, a piston 8 arranged in the second valve chamber 3b, which holds the second valve element 10 for opening/closing a second valve port 7d and reciprocates toward the second communication path 7b, and a working rod 12 interposed between the first valve element 5 and the second valve element 10 and having an intermediate part guided by the valve seat member 7.
