<p>The present invention discloses a Tremella fuciformis berk polysaccharide for protecting retinal cells and a manufacturing method thereof. The method of manufacturing the Tremella fuciformis berk polysaccharide can obtain natural and non-toxic Tremella fuciformis berk polysaccharide without using chemical reagents. Furthermore, after measuring, it is proved that the Tremella fuciformis berk polysaccharide comprises antioxidants, such as total polyphenol and flavonoid, and has an effect on protecting the retinal cells.</p> |
