<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control system in which emission of light beams of a light can be performed more effectively or the emission can be restricted, and to provide a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed the light control system 100 which can be mounted on the vehicles 10, 21, 22.
