<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wafer for a solar battery which can reduce reflection loss of light on the surface by making a surface of a semiconductor wafer such as a silicon wafer porous safely and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the wafer for the solar battery by making at least one surface of the semiconductor wafer porus, comprises: a first step (S1) for contacting at least the one surface of the semiconductor wafer with a lower alcohol solution; and a second step (S2) for contacting at least the one surface of the semiconductor wafer with a hydrofluoric acid including metal ions after the first step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
