PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-duplex optical transceiver allowing downsizing.SOLUTION: A full-duplex optical transceiver 10 comprises: a wavelength variable light source module 20; an optical transmitter module 30 that generates transmission light by modulating a laser beam provided from a wavelength variable semiconductor laser element of the wavelength variable light source module 20, and outputs the transmission light to one optical fiber; and an optical receiver module 40 that receives phase-modulated reception light from the other optical fiber, and performs product calculation between the laser beam provided from the wavelength variable semiconductor laser element of the wavelength variable light source module 20 and the reception light to thereby extract information from the reception light.
