Provided are a block turnover device and a turnover method for a block structure. The block turnover device comprises: a crane including a towing unit vertically lifting up a block structure; at least one driving rail horizontally extended in a lower portion of the crane; and a driving plate which is coupled to the driving rail to allow sliding, moves along the driving rail in the horizontal direction, and has a contact surface which touches one end portion of the block structure hung at the towing unit and faces the crane. |
