According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an oil-water separator equipped with an active motion control device. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the oil-water separator equipped with an active motion control device comprises: a separator for separating oil from an oil-water mixture as a separating partition is formed inside; a pair of supporting rods formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the separator; a pair of main supporters supporting the supporting rods to be rotated respectively; and a rotating operation unit maintaining the height of the separating partition higher than the level of the oil-water mixture by rotating the separator about the supporting rods.
